1) If you can't watch the video

〇It may be caused by the terminal or browser.
If you are using Windows, try changing your browser to "Microsoft Edge" or "Google Chrome".
If you are using a Macintosh, try changing your browser to "Google Chrome" or "Safari".
If you can't play after changing the browser, try another device.

〇There may be a problem with the settings of the terminal itself.
Make sure the volume on the device is not muted.
Make sure you click the play button.

〇There may be a problem with the communication speed.
Please check the communication environment.
The recommended environment is a download speed of 2～5 Mbps.
Try reloading the screen.
Press "F5" for Windows and "Command + R" for Mac.

2) If you can't hear the sound
